Pernem town reels under neglect as its councillors play ‘musical chairs’

While the Pernem Municipal Council (PMC) has created a record of sorts — all 10 of its sitting councillors have served either as chairperson or deputy chairperson during the 2015-20 term — the town itself has had little to cheer about as most of its major problems have remained unresolved.
