Digital Goa,Nov 24- JSW has filed a write petition before High Court challenging the applicability of the Goa Rural Improvement and Welfare Cess Act,2000 on goods transported by rail and the issuance of show cause notice dated Sept 29 for non-payment of the cess to the extent of Rs 156.34 crore. The case came up for admission on Oct 22 ,was heard on preliminary issues and is now posted for further hearing on Nov 26,2020 stated a release by JSW today.
