Digital Goa, Nov 27 – As per new SOP approved by Bombay High Court all the subordinate courts in the States of Maharashtra and Goa and the Union Territories of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu (except the Courts in Pune Judicial District) will start regular functioning from Dec 1. As per the new SOP, All Courts (except the Courts in Pune Judicial District) shall start regular functioning with effect from 01.12.2020, in two shifts. In each shift the Judicial working hours will be of 2:30 hours (i.e. from 11.00 am to 1.30 pm and from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm) with 100% presence of the judicial officers and the staff in each shift. The Judicial Officers may not pass any adverse order owing to the absence of the advocates, parties, witnesses or accused persons, states the SOP.
