Not all beneficiaries have to give certificate: Goa CM

Chief minister Pramod Sawant on Wednesday said that there is no need for beneficiaries of Dayanand Social Security Scheme (DSSS) and Griha Aadhar scheme to submit life certificates, except for those who have received letters from the social welfare department.
