NIT Goa scientist named one of the world’s top women in optics

Preeti Jagadev, a research scholar at National Institute of Technology (NIT), Goa, has been listed among 25 renowned women scientists in optics across the globe for 2021 by the international society for optics and photonics (SPIE), USA. She is the only Indian to be featured in the list this year, and it has earned her praise from Union minister for education Ramesh Pokhriyal.​
