Digital Goa, Oct 27 – Corporation of the City of Panaji(CCP) today released SOP to be followed on the eve of the ensuing Diwali festival in view of Covid-19 pandemic. The SOP specifies that the height of the Narkasur effigy should not be more than 8 feet and that no firework shall be used at the site of installation of effigy on Nov 13 and early morning of Nov 14. CCP has also specified that there will be complete ban on entertainment programs, competitions etc. on the eve of Diwali.
