Digital Goa, Sept 28 – The Supreme Court today concluded the hearing in the petition filed by a mining company seeking 6-months extension for transportation of royalty paid ore citing pandemic-related delays. Goa Foundation had also filed an application before the apex court opposing the mining companies plea for extension of time. The apex court concluded the hearing today and reserved the order for further date. SC also rejected permission to file the applications for intervention. “Miscellaneous application(s) stands disposed of accordingly,” stated the court order.
