Digital Goa, Sept 25 – A 29-year-old local youth was arrested by Anti Narcotic Cell(ANC) of Goa Police in a late night raid with drugs worth Rs 2.5 lakh at Diwar. Educardo Pinto of Inan Wado, Piedade was arrested with dried greenish color leafy substance suspected to be ganja weighing 2.5 kg in the raid conducted by ACB at 1 am.
