Long wait for test result costing jobless foreign returnees dearly

The delay in receiving test results is not only burning a hole in the pocket of those returning to the state after having lost jobs abroad, but is also causing them emotional distress. Several have been forced to extend their stay in the paid quarantine hotels while they wait for the results of the Covid test that they already paid Rs 2,000 for on arrival.
