Goa: E-auction of iron ore sees poor response, only seven per cent sold

While stakeholders continue to push for the resumption of mining in the state, the recent iron ore e-auction does not seem to have fetched positive results. Merely 7% of the total ore which was put out for e-auction was bought by the mining companies, directorate of mines and geology said.
