Cash crunch but Goa CM Pramod Sawant plans projects

Chief minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday said that all projects in Sakhali pending due to the covid-19 lockdown, including work on the second phase of the Sakhali Municipal Council (SMC) building, will be taken up, this despite the government facing a financial crunch.
