Digital Goa, Jan 23 – Bihar native was nabbed with ganja worth Rs 1.5 lakh from Kundaim IDC junction. The accused 23-year-old Ashok Singh, a resident of Dhauji, Old Goa and a native of Bihar was found in possession of 1.5 kg ganja.
