Digital Goa, Apr 26 – Solid Waste Management Department will set up two 25 tonnes per day(TPD) plants with bio-digesters at Sonsodo to tackle the garbage management issue faced by Margao Municipality, informed Minister Babush Monserrate. He opined that the plants will provide permanent solution to the long pending garbage problem. Babush visited Sonsodo along with Fatorda MLA Vijai Sardessai and Margao MLA Digambar Kamat. The minister also assured that waste from the shade at the treatment plant will be processed by May.
