Digital Goa, Apr 10 – Supreme Court is likely to pronounce the order in the petition filed by ex GPCC President Girish Chodankar in 10 defected MLAs disqualification petition. Chodankar had challenged the order of Goa High Court upholding the Goa Legislative Assembly Speaker’s order qualififying all 10 Congress MLAs who defected to BJP. Interestingly, only 3 of the 10 MLAs have been re-elected to assembly recently.
