Digital Goa, Apr 5 – Old Goa alleged illegal structure in the Heritage Zone matter has been posted for hearing on Apri 19, with three intervention petitions being filed in the matter. The three petitions are filed by Amit Palekar, Save Old Goa Action Committee and the local villagers. Old Goa Panchayat is also one of the parties in the matter. Additional Director Panchayat Umakant Korkankar said that he will hear the reply of the party and accordingly decide on their applications on merit as to whether the interveners can be impleaded as party in these proceedings or not. Till that period the revocation of the construction licence of the structure has been stayed,” he said.
