Digital Goa, Apr 22- Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has said that the land for setting up Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) will be finalised in the next two to three months. Speaking at the India Economic Conclave, Sawant said, Goa govt will promote spiritual and medical tourism through Public Private Partnership (PPP). Stating that Goa is the first state to start marine clusters in the state, he said that the govt aims at making Goa the Startup capital of India.
