Digital Goa, Apr 8 – Goa govt today notified the scheme to provide financial assistance to Researchers, Innovators, students, group of students etc for carrying out Research projects in the field of Science & Technology, publications of books etc. in the field of Science, Technology & Innovation. Under the scheme financial assistance of upto Rs 3 lakh will be granted for Researcher and Innovators and upto Rs 1.5 lakh for student or student groups. In case of publishing of books an amount of upto Rs. 1 lakh shall be sanctioned to each eligible applicant. In case of Patent/GI filing, the maximum grants to be sanctioned to GSCST shall not exceed Rs. 10 lakh.
