Digital Goa, Apr 18 – If files related to permissions for areas upto 2,000 sq mtrs are not cleared by Town & Country Planning Dept or PDA within 21 days, the project will be considered as deemed approved, informed TCP Minister Vishwajeet Rane. “We are moving for amendment under Town Planning Act for this,” said Rane. Beyond 2,000 sq mtrs the time by which approvals will have to be granted will be around 45 days. “ Implementation mechanism will be put in place soon,” he added.
