Panaji: The state government on Sunday issued an order extending the ongoing statewide curfew till 7 am on September 6 to curb the spread of COVID-19.
There are no additional curbs or relaxations given in the curfew as per the new order. However, the relaxations with respect to gyms, religious places, salons and theatres will continue as currently in place.
Restaurants continue to remain open from 7 am to 11 pm with 50 per cent seating capacity by following the social distancing norms and COVID-appropriate behaviour. Goa is under curfew since May 9, 2021 in view of the ongoing corona pandemic.
