Digital Goa, Apr 29 – Congress candidate Raya Parsekar was elected chairperson of Sakhalim Municipal Council by defeating BJP backed candidate in CM’s constituency. Raya Parsekar from Saglani group defeated his opponent by 7-6 votes.
