Digital Goa, Jan 24- A 21-year-old Khed-Ratnagiri resident was arrested by Calangute police with 1.2 Kg narcotic drug ganja worth Rs 1.2 lakh. The accused is identified at Avdhut Ghode. In another raid Calangute police seized ganja worth Rs 1 lakh from West Bengal native Shabbir Ali Khan (age 19 years).
