Digital Goa, Nov 26- Goa government has issued an order approving service charges for delivery of 28 different e-services through citizen service centers(CSC). The fees range from Rs 15 for E-payment of water and Electricity Bills to Rs 175 for obtaining E-Survey plan. By and large, most services such as Birth or death certificate, Employment registration, income certificate, caste certificate etc are charged at Rs 100.The transaction charges include cost towards application, scanning of documents, providing printout of application, receipt, certificate or licence or order etc
