Digital Goa, Sept 29 – A 30-year-old Himachal Pradesh native identified as Chander Mani was arrested by Pernem police today for being in possession of drugs worth Rs 34,000. Narcotic drug Charas was found on him during a raid at his residence at Urmalbag, Morjim.
