Digital Goa, Sept 25 – Senior Congress leader and Ex-CM Luizinho Faleiro today announced his decision to quite Indian National Congress (INC) and join Trinamool Congress(TMC), to the party workers in a public meeting at Navelim. Reiterating that he is a Congressman of 40-years, Faleiro said, “I will continue to be a Congressman of the Congress family. This family has to come together if we have to fight Modi,” he said. “Amongst all the 4 Congresses, it was Mamata who could give a tough fight to Narendra Modia and his juggernaut. She is fighting the divisive forces,” he added. “I will like the larger picture. All the Congress parties should come together and fight the parliamentary elections,” he added. Claiming that he and Goans suffered due to Congress Luizinho appealed to the people to end the suffering and bring a new dawn in Goa. TMC leader Mamata Banerjee is a street fighter and Goa needs her, he asserted.
