Sankhali: Chairperson of the Bicholim Municpal Council Kundan Falari, on Wednesday said that “the BMC fined 400 people for not wearing mask. The police also fined the people for wearing mask at the market.
Falari appealed to the people to follow the rules and not to go around unnecessarily.

The market was full of vegetables, and and there was a good crowd. Some people were found moving around without wearing mask. The police chased fined those found without face mask.
The number of COVID patients is increasing rapidly in the Bicholim, and the municipality has started sanitizing various areas.

The Bicholi Municipal Council had advised the people to follow social distancing norm, and wear face mask while visiting the weekly market.
